| your english is good. No problem for me here.
- do you can provide a download of the module. Could you share the code. That would be great. In germany there are only very old modules out there. Nothing real satisfiying. Some of the folks use a tweaked v. 2.5 Perhaps you can offer your module in the donwload
of your site.
Can you tell us how you set up the module on your site. That would be great
thanks in advance.

that means you emptied all the tables (competley) so that afterwards they were empty at all? That is very interesting. Perhaps that is the missing issue here on my site. I will try this later on tonight and will see if i get my NukeAmazon.gallery running.
With the default - German.sql you got it running - including first german books?
What were the problems here - i struggled with: The problem on my site were: on the default-site http://www.mySite.com/modules.php?name=Amazon no book showed up. And yes: of course the module was activated.
Even if i had books showing in the block 1 (block-Amazon.php); When i clicked on the image then i were linked to the site http://www.mySite.com/modules.php?name=Amazon but no book showed up.
So Maiki, i will try to do all things you described and will give the NukeAmazon-module a kick start.
thanks for your advices

hello EJDiaz,
many thanks for the reply
Do you mean me or Meiki,
i just installed the NukeAmazon module and i run into troubles. on my way to solve these troubles i looked around many places. So here i am with some questions. i run the nukeAmazon-module v 2.6.5 from your site here. And i run it with german amazon-locale. That means i want to use it in relation to the german Amazon.de site.
Well this is for shure the greatest module for PHPNuke i ever saw. It is supercool and i like it alot. However i think i have to dig deeper into the installation of this great module. Here some questions i have: The most important question is - What do i need to add the books? Well i describe the procedure i do: The basic-installation went well and very very smoothley. I activated the module in the module-adminstration-panel!
Then i go to the administration-panel of the NukeAmazon-module. As suggested in the README i do not create _any_ block first. The readme of Edgardo, you suggest that first no (!!) block should be activated. Edgardo you suggest that i should test the NukeAmazon-module first, before installing any of the included blocks. Okay - i did not install any of them.
Included in the new release of 2.6.5 there are three (3) Amazon-blocks.
Now - the important part of the procedure; The 70 default - items (books) which are shipped with the module are not shown in the default page of the module: if i run http://www.MyDomain.com/modules.php?name=Amazon
there were no (!!!) items showed. Where can i find those 70 default items which are shipped within the database of the module?
Okay - the README suggests to add new Items: But, everytime i add a new ASIN, this is not added to the database? What is wrong? Do i have to create categories or is this not necessary?
The new added book, which is added by me is not added to the database - it is even not added to the list of the featured items? Can anybody help me? thanks in advance! This list of Featured Items is shown in the NukeAmazon-admin-panel (among other options):
-Featured items (70 default items are included - but they do not show in the module!)
-NOT Featured items
My question - where are the featured items- how can they be showed up?
Finally: I guess it would be very very helpful if i would have had a little example SQL-File with some fully running examples. Such a demo would help me to figure out how the tables are used. here a listing of the new NukeAmazon-2.6.5 DB-tables which are added to the database.
nuke_amazon_cache
nuke_amazon_catalog
nuke_amazon_cfg
nuke_amazon_department
nuke_amazon_items
nuke_amazon_nodes
nuke_amazon_not_item
if i would have some example-sql-files for the tables i could figure out how this module is running. BTW; i guess that the new items are sheduled in the nuke_amazon_items -table, is this right? This table has got a field called category - what does that mean.
After i set up new blocks (/there are three blocks shipped with the module) i can see some books showing up in the block block-NukeAmazon.php. But if i click on the image of the book - nothing exciting happenes - i get the page http://www.MyDomain.com/modules.php?name=Amazon but no book showes up!!!
By the way: The block-NukeAmazon2.php and block-NukeAmazon3.php do not show any book!!
to summarize: How should i go on with the NukeAmazon-Module? Do i have to set up some categories to get the module running? What about the mention of the review-index.php -( Edgardo, you mentioned this, cause it is a option to set up the review-module).
Should i set up the review-option or is it not necessarily needet to get the NukeAmazon-module running on http://www.MyDomain.com/modules.php?name=Amazon
please advice
thanks for any hint and for any help
